By far the BEST camper purchase experience. Staff was very friendly and assertive. Not only great customer service but customer care as well. Larry was awesome in going above and beyond when looking at our purchase. From a tape measure to a ladder to help our purchase decision. McKenzie was very polite and informative when it came to the final papers. She made sure we knew everything and answered our questions confidently! I would highly recommend them. I was recommended by a local bike shop to come to Kamper City for an adapter for my tow hitch. Upon arriving, I was helped quickly and given the part I needed. However, when installing the part I noticed that it had a manufacture defect and my 1 1/2 inch fitting would not go into the adapter. After some problem solving and help from Amy and Paul, and some grinding down of the part, I was good to go. Kamper City saved the day for my family as we were traveling shortly and needed this part for our bike rack ASAP! Thanks to them and their helpful staff, we were able to leave on time and safely. - Amanda
We were looking to buy our first pop-up camper and Kamper City was highly recommended by our good friends who purchased one the day before. We have never been more pleased with a dealership! Every bit of our purchasing experience was excellent. Being new to the camper world, our salesman’s Steve was the best. He was so knowledgeable, added no pressure and helped us find the perfect model for our family, giving us lots of laughs in the process with his great sense of humor. Michael the owner and Larry in service went above and beyond to get our camper ready and get us camping through during their busiest time of the year which we were SO appreciative of! Dave did our walk through and was so great, answering all of our questions, going thoroughly over everything, and really making us “new campers” feel comfortable. Mackenzie in finance is was so sweet and explained all of the paperwork perfectly and got us on our way. Their store there is great and has the best prices around after checking several other camping stores and amazon. Going back up today for them to install hitch and wiring on my jeep! During this whole process this family owned business has really made us feel like a part of their family and we even sent my parents up to buy their first camper days later. We traveled from Columbus Ohio to purchase a pop up from Kamper City. They were great to work with even before our in person visit. Because we have never before owned a camper we had many questions and Paul took the time to patiently answer every single one. The folks at this dealer are welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough. We will return in a week to pick up our camper at which time they will work with us to make sure we are comfortable and understand how everything works. This is so important to us as first timers! These guys and gals rock. I had a time sensitive issue with the electrical connection on my hitch and Larry got me in the shop within a day and they fixed everything. Matt in the shop went above and beyond fixing the electrical issue with my car and installing a 7 point hitch. Not only that, I am new to the hobby and Larry was extremely helpful in offering guidance and answering the many questions I had. Several other employees gave my dog treats and water as we waited. We stumbled across Kamper City on our way to a big name chain RV Dealer, and we are so glad we stopped! Jason showed us what they had in stock that matched our wish list with no pressure. He explained everything, answered all our newbie camper questions and we ended up finding the perfect camper right in our price range. It is so refreshing to see transparent pricing and details without all the flashy sales tactics we saw at other places. Made us much more confident with this purchase.
Everything from there was as smooth as could be. The financing was quick and easy. McKenzie was great getting us through the paperwork. The next week we came to pick up the camper and Mike spent about 40 minutes with us on our walkthrough. They had everything setup and tested. For newbies like us, it was so informative and made everything seem less daunting.

We had been looking for a tent camper for a few months and they have been selling like crazy. We finally saw the model we wanted for sale at Kamper City and I reached out around 9:00 pm. Paul Baker responded almost immediately to confirm they indeed did have what we were asking about. I think he would have worked the sale out that evening, but I called him early the next morning and an hour later, we had everything worked out! They were fantastic to work with. When we came on the weekend to pick it up, they had it ready for orientation and Tyler did a fantastic job showing us everything and answering our questions. The paperwork was seamless, the staff was fantastic and even the shop was very hospitable with snacks, souvenirs and helpful people all around. I should also mention, because of the times we are in, masks were always in place and gloves were available if you wanted them. Great business and employees. And as a bonus, the area was so nice and we stopped and ate in a little town. The whole trip was just awesome. We hope to return to camp in the area in the future.
